Shipping
We do not ship on the weekends and Holidays. When your purchase ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We ship with USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) for orders shipping within the United States. To request an international shipment, please email support@katiekashmiry.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return Policy
We hope you love your new items — but also understand the challenges of shopping online. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return, on full price items only, within 14 days of your order’s arrival.
Start A Return
Please contact support@KatieKashmiry.com to request return label and instructions. Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Returns must be received within 14 days of return approval, and must include their original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Return Shipping
Please note the return shipping and initial shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount, as well as up to a potential 10% restocking fee if the pieces (particularly our silver collection) need re-finishing.
Sale & Custom Items
All sale items are final sale. We cannot accept returns on custom items, customized items or specially-made sizes.
Damages
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email customer service as soon as possible with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
