ABOUT
In the constant pursuit of inspiration, Katie has been practicing and studying yoga for almost 20 years. She strives to help others reach a mind-body connection by improving awareness in their bodies and encouraging attention to the breath. Her classes range from vinyasa flows to mellow movement — always meticulously paired with music and sound.

Katie received her 200hr vinyasa training with Niki Negley at Hot Yoga by the Sea in Kailua, Hawaii. She since has continued to train and study modern yogic approaches and classical pilates. Sessions are influenced by teachers of the vipassanā practice (insight meditation tradition) such as Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and Sharon Salzberg.
